Outgoing in April

Another busy month of snail mailing for me as I upped my Postcrossing game and took part in a few direct swaps with fellow Postcrossers who are trying to collect postcards from around the world. I have also been delighted to acquire 4 new pen pals this month, based in Canada, Germany, Latvia & Poland.

I’ve sent a couple of themed pieces of snail mail, started to collect vintage travel postcards and even begun to get a bit picky about my stamps! I’ve also been pleased to see my cursive handwriting improving.

So onto the stats; this past month I have sent 32 postcards, 4 letters and 3 invitations to a total of 25* different countries. Wow!

*(Australia, Belarus, Belgium, Belize, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, England, Finland, Germany, Guernsey, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Latvia, Netherlands, Peru, Poland, Russia, Switzerland, Taiwan, Ukraine, U.S.A) Β

Here are some of the images…

So pretty! I absolutely love the blue and black theme envelope, and how nice your handwriting is! Jealous of your skills there, my lettering skills could really use some practice xD

Thanks Emma. πŸ™‚ I’ve been determined to improve my lettering skills and have discovered it’s not just about the practice but being brave enough to share your work in progress!
