I’m a day late for Ten on Ten, but then you’ll forgive me as the 10th of this month was spent in both shock and sadness following the loss of two much loved family members. Today I decided to seek the beauty in the ordinary despite the sadness and I find myself especially thankful for my two happy little girls who keep me busy and keep me smiling.
Here are my 10 shots linking up with Rebekah Gough for Ten on Ten.

What beauty did you find in the ordinary today?
Oh Jessica, I’m so sorry for your loss! I know all too well the grief and emptiness that comes from unexpectedly losing a close family member. May the peace of God surround you during this time.
Love and prayers, Karla

Oh goodness they are precious. Pretty little blonde girls are my favorites :). I can’t get over how beautiful and green the grass is. We are still waiting on that to happen here. Maybe a little rain will help. Looks like a lovely Sunday.

Well Spring arrives early in our little island so we’ve already had plenty of rain and it’s wonderful to actually be able to play on the grass without getting wet. Plus I feel I should point out that these gardens are professionally maintained, my lawn isn’t quite so green and smooth! 🙂
